LE MARINELLE TOURISTIC LOCATION - TERMOLI - INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION FIRST PRIZE.
Le grandi potenzialità di questo luogo vengono interpretate nel progetto attraverso l'idea di un paesaggio mediterraneo, fatto di sabbia, rocce e vegetazione rigogliosa, dove l'architettura pulita e stereometrica diventa lo sfondo alle attività degli abitanti, scandite dal tempo lento delle vacanze, del mare e delle gioiose attività all'aperto.
La forma allungata del lotto, le distanze di legge dai confini, la vista del mare, hanno determinato una organizzazione del layout fondata su due lembi di suolo che penetrano longitudinalmente l'area: lungo il confine sud penetra la strada di accesso che occupa i 5 metri di fascia di legge, in adiacenza al limite nord si incunea un lembo di spiaggia che si conclude con la possibile, ma non obbligata, piscina comune. Questo schema garantisce un accesso diretto con l'auto alle abitazioni e la possibilità di avere la spiaggia proprio sotto casa. Possibili sviluppi dei lotti adiacenti consentono di condividere le due infrastrutture: l'intervento a sud-est potrà godere di una strada di accesso già realizzata, quello a nord ovest beneficerà della piscina comune eventualmente già presente. Questo layout consente la sua realizzazione anche speculare senza che ne vengano modificate le caratteristiche intrinseche architettoniche e urbanistiche.
Una organizzazione lineare del costruito, ma articolata e sfalsata consente la vista diretta al mare di tutti gli alloggi godendo anche di un orientamento ideale.
The great potential of this place is interpreted in the project through the idea of a Mediterranean landscape, made of sand, rocks and lush vegetation, where clean and stereometric architecture becomes the background to the activities of the inhabitants, marked by the slow time of the holidays, of the sea and joyous outdoor activities.
The elongated shape of the lot, the distances from the borders, the view of the sea, have determined an organization of the layout based on two strips of soil that penetrate the area longitudinally: along the southern border penetrates the access road that occupies the 5 meters, adjacent to the northern limit is wedged a strip of beach that ends with the possible, common pool. This scheme guarantees a direct car access to the houses and the possibility of having the beach right under the house. Developments of adjacent lots make possible to share the two infrastructures: the intervention to the south-east can enjoy an access road already built, the one to the north west will benefit from the existing common pool. This layout allows its specular realization without changing its intrinsic architectural and urban characteristics.
A linear organization, articulated and staggered allows the direct view to the sea of all the lodgings also enjoying an ideal orientation.
